My name is Katrina Marek, also known as Katje, and I am a ceramic artist based in Providence, RI.

My work consists mainly of functional ware adorned with fantastical scenes and characters. I often use relief carving to decorate my work, yielding sculptural illustrations raised from the surface of the piece.

Outside of ceramics, I’ve dabbled in film/video editing, digital art and animation, and illustration.
